Going from Zero to N is the concept of improving something that is somewhat existing, without necessarily creating something new, but rather create the foundation and baseline for something to be further built upon by others. It is the creation of the foundation of a model that can be used to inspire many other innovations by creating something that is a newly improved way of creating a platform that allows others to leapfrog the pace of innovation and change that can fuel a miracle.
Many people struggle to create something “new”. We live in a world where everything has already been created before so nothing is actually new, it is the application of previous “new” things to the context that you are surrounded by to improve what has always been, and to bring to light something that is unrecognized by others to light, it is not something “new” but something that has been forgotten. By approaching the creation of “new” ideas in that manner, you can fuel the spark in others to actually create new things. And if these people are not able to create “new” things what they do is constantly improve the lives of others while creating impact and employment. It is the art of finding the root cause of why we are the way we are, and using previous “old” methods to spur the rapid formulation of ideas which result in the few “new” ideas that actually transform a community.

Going from Zero to N involves focusing on creating the foundation that leads to improvement. A continued focus on going from Zero to N (nothing to improvement) creates a culture of continuous improvement which spurs the simulation to actually focus on creating new things or sparks the intuition in others to be so bold and out of reality that they think they can change the world. Many people are hesitant to focus on improvement of something that doesn’t work or exist because of the fear of getting to the point of creation, when they should actually focus on discovering and re-apply old and existing creations to spark the culture of innovation that leads to true creation.
